A laymans explaination of a Computer Graphic Interface using Blender.

I was looking for a way to build a chess game using a computer program. I tried a few ideas on using various drawing systems, Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate.
I then found game engines Unity and Unreal. This was closer but lacked the ability to create or model my ideas.
I soon discovered Blender.

This hugely complex FREE Open Source software.
I thought there must be a catch, but not really, It's exactly what it sounds like.

The folks at Blender / founder Ton Roosendaal had developed a few CG companies and one that fell into bankruptcy. Ton decided to regroup with a different approuch, A non-profit promoting Blender as a community-based open-source project known as Blender Foundation.

Anyone can download this very complete software and run it almost on any laptop computer. There are some minumim requirements but most modern computers can handle it. Some end processes ( Rendering ) may be a challenge if you make some heavy handed modeling requiring extensive computing power. Your computer potentially could process the info but may take hours or days on a small system.

Let's just say it's very doable to get into computer modeling and animation with your computer and Blender sofware.

I forgot all about my chess game and started to think about other projects I could build in Blender.
One idea I have is to illustrate a book that I'm working on. You will find many ideas to explore if you decide computer graphics is your thing.

Try it, you might like it!.

I accidentally found a secret code alphabet, hold down alt/option and typing

Óˆöµ¥ ˜÷µ´´ˆö †´´®¥ Çå®∫宥≥ Çå˜÷¥ø¨¨®´´∂ †˙ˆö¿

OK, How?

It's complicated, I try to break it down

An idea I have

Grass Weave Shades

Woven Shades
Reeds, Grasses, Bamboo anf Jute.

This product has it's orgins back in the 1970's
A woven wood in that era had thick fuzzy yarns woven thru thick reeds.
Sorry, those days are gone,
we are not doing much in Orange and Avacodo Green.

The product has evolved into more safisticated finer weaves of grasses and reed materials.

We have choices in operation of the shades,
Traditional and Waterfll styles, Cordless and Top-Down / Bottom-Up
We can even fashion a drapery treatment of grass cloth.
